Failed Delivery
When purchasing wine, you indicate (by checking a box during checkout) that someone 21 or older will be available at your address to sign for and receive the shipment from UPS.

If UPS is unable to deliver 3 times, they will hold your wine at their nearest facility. You will then have 5 business days to pick up from the UPS facility. After 5 business days, packages are returned to us.

Wines that are returned to us can be shipped again at the same cost as before (unfortunately wine quality cannot be guaranteed in these instances). As per the terms you agree to during checkout, refunds are not available in the case of failed delivery.
