If you think you might not be home to sign for delivery, we recommend shipping to a business address or picking up at a UPS Store if possible.

UPS will makes 3 delivery attempts on business days. If all 3 delivery attempts fail, your package will be returned to us unless arrangements are made to pick up at the nearest UPS Customer Care Center.

Orders returned to the winery incur return ($17+) and reshipping ($12+).

If you order before 12PM CST, Monday-Wednesday, your order may ship the same day. Otherwise, your order may ship the following business day.

During warmer seasons, orders placed after 12pm Tuesday might not ship until the following Monday. This is so the wines don’t get too hot while sitting in the carrier’s warehouse over the weekend.

During colder seasons, orders may be delayed if temperatures in your area are forecasted to dip below 20 degrees Fahrenheit in your area during transit.
