Refund Policy

A refund can be issued if the order is canceled before it has been shipped. All sales are final for orders that have been shipped. 

Pickup orders that are not picked up within 60 days may be refunded minus a 5% restocking fee or refunded to an eGift card balance that is linked to your account.

Shipped orders that are returned by the shipping carrier may be refunded, minus the original shipping cost and UPS’ current return fee.
