If you order before 12PM CST, Monday-Wednesday, your order may ship the same day. Otherwise, your order may ship the following business day.
During warmer seasons, orders placed after 12pm Tuesday might not ship until the following Monday. This is so the wines don’t get too hot while sitting in the carrier’s warehouse over the weekend.
During colder seasons, orders may be delayed if temperatures in your area are forecasted to dip below 25 degrees Fahrenheit in your area during transit.
The following rates apply when shipping to CA DC FL MN MO NC TX VA:
$12 for 1-5 bottles
$17 for 6-12 bottles

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground at this time. For getting your wines to you, we have found UPS to be the most reliable and affordable option.
States laws and UPS policy require an adult (21+) signature and valid ID.
If you think you might not be home to sign for delivery, we recommend shipping to a business address or picking up at a UPS Store if possible.

After one missed delivery attempt, UPS will redirect the shipment to a nearby UPS Access Point rather than re-attempting delivery the next day. The package is held at the Access Point for up to 7 days at no charge. If it isn’t picked up within that window, it will be returned.
UPS will leave an InfoNotice at the door with the Access Point name and address
Tracking will be updated in real time; customers enrolled in UPS notifications will receive an alert
At pickup, recipient must show a valid ID confirming they are 21+ and that the address matches the shipping label
If no Access Point is available nearby, UPS will continue standard delivery attempts and return the package after a third missed attempt
