Here at Texas SouthWind Vineyard and Winery, we aim to get your wines to you as affordably, quickly, and safely as possible. Answers to common questions about shipping can be found below.

Shipping Transit Times - Texas SouthWind

If you order before 12PM CST, Monday-Wednesday, your order may ship the same day. Otherwise, your order may ship the following business day.

During warmer seasons, orders placed after 12pm Tuesday might not ship until the following Monday. This is so the wines don’t get too hot while sitting in the carrier’s warehouse over the weekend.

During colder seasons, orders may be delayed if temperatures in your area are forecasted to dip below 20 degrees Fahrenheit in your area during transit.

We are permitted to ship to the following states: AK CA FL MN MO NC TX DC. If shipping to the following states, you can order here: AZ CO GA HI IA ID IL IN KS LA MA MD ME ND NE NH NM NV NY OH OR PA SC TN VA VT WA WI WV WY

The following rates apply when shipping to CA FL MN MO NC TX DC:

$14 for 1 bottle
$17 for 2 bottles
$19 for 3-4 bottles
$25 for 5-6 bottles
$28 for 7-8 bottles
$30 for 9-11 bottles
Free for 12+ bottles

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground at this time. For getting your wines to you, we have found UPS to be the most reliable and affordable option.

States laws and UPS policy require an adult (21+) signature and valid ID.

If you think you might not be home to sign for delivery, we recommend shipping to a business address or picking up at a UPS Store if possible.

You can also sign up for a free UPS My Choice account here to gain a bit more control over deliveries and receive more detailed tracking information.

UPS will make 3 delivery attempts between Monday and Friday. If all 3 delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your package will be returned to us unless arrangements are made to pick up at your nearest UPS Customer Care Center.

Orders returned to us incur repeat shipping charges, which may equal the original shipping cost.

We are open for pickup!

As per state restrictions, service in the tasting room is limited to pickup only. Tasting room occupancy is limited to no more than 8 at one time. Social distancing and face coverings are also required.

Curbside pickup is also available during normal hours (Mon-Fri: 12-5pm). Please note that the winery will be closed July 3-5.
