There is no cost to join, no membership fee. You only pay for the wines you receive in February, May, September and November, plus shipping (and any wines you might wish to order in between, plus shipping).
After signing up, you will receive your discount codes for wines and merchandise via email (you will be able to activate your wine discount immediately).
In February, May, September and November, you will receive an email approximately 1 week before your Club release is processed and shipped. The email you receive will show which wines were chosen for you based on your wine preferences. If you would like to make your own wine selection and/or reschedule delivery, please reply by email before the following Monday.
You can order wines besides your usual, scheduled releases and still receive your usual discount. Orders placed during special promotions do not take the place of scheduled releases.
We ship UPS ground (delivered in 1-5 business days). Someone 21 or older must be available to sign for delivery.
UPS will make 3 consecutive delivery attempts (on business days). If all 3 delivery attempts are unsuccessful, UPS will hold the package 5 business days at one of their centers. It will then be your responsibility to pick up the package. After 5 days, the package will be returned to us. If the order is returned, you will be charged for the return shipping to us and the reshipping back to you.
